2B. MOBILE PHONE NUMBER (SMS) CONSENT
We may ask for the ability to send you a SMS (text message) for important updates to programs we offer and you have signed up for and event reminders you have registered for.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our phone number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1-4 SMS messages per month depending on the program you have signed up for as we do the bulk of our communications via email. We do NOT share or sell your mobile phone information.
We do not ever, unless at your request or with your written consent, share your information with anyone else. Because we are a Private membership Association, your records with regard to our services are private and subject to your inalienable right to hold your private information private.
We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
